Kevin brings a background in technology and business to a problem he kept hearing about from people he respected coaches and program directors who were talented, dedicated and completely underserved by the tools available to them. MemberTraxx is his answer to that gap.
MemberTraxx did not start with a product idea. It started with a conversation.
Kevin May kept hearing the same things from people running youth sports programs across his network. The platforms were too expensive. Too complex. Built for organizations with IT departments and admin teams. Not for the coach who also handles registration, communication, scheduling, and payments, often on their phone between practices.
He co-founded MemberTraxx with a coach and program owner who lived those problems every week. Someone who understood not just what the software needed to do, but what it felt like to be the person who needed it. That perspective is baked into every decision we make.

From the start, the goal was clear: give the people running youth sports programs the same operational clarity that well-funded organizations have without the cost, the complexity, or the learning curve.
